Workshops to 'fill the skills' gap

A series of workshops and events have been developed as a result of a needs analysis being undertaken with those Rural Groups FRP and VONEF are currently working with.

Rural Groups and Trusts said they wanted support in those subjects contained within the programme and is designed to "fill the skills" gap for groups, make you and your organisation more effective, help you to compete for resources and ultimately deliver your organisations aspirations.

As requested, each workshop is stand alone and you can choose which session you want to attend ...Come to one or come to them all. You design YOUR individual programme tailored to your needs.

Horses for Courses - Each of your group members can attend a different workshop according to the job they do on the trust or their specific role and interests.

Anyone interested is advised to sign up for the workshops quickly as a big demand is anticipated
